We are pleased to announce the latest update to Datawing which introduces a "responsive" screen design.

Responsive screen design means the website now adapts to the limited size of mobile phone devices so that it works just as well as it does on desktop computers, so you can continue to look out for your customers while on the move.

We have also updated our HTML editor to the latest version of TinyMCE, which gives exceptional control over the look of your messages and content.

We are pleased to announce the successful rebranding of CliqueCloud as Datawing. The service has moved to our new datawing.com domain.

Along with the rebranding and cosmetic improvements come a number of improvements to our facilities for organisations.

•	We have introduced an “Adhoc customer”, which can be created and maintained from the “Customers” tab. This allows you to maintain the details of organisations or customers that do not have profiles on Datawing.

•	A new “Regarding” field has been added to support tickets allowing you to connect a ticket with a particular customer, including Adhoc Customers. You can also filter and sort tickets by this new field. The regarding field has been introduced recognising that an email address alone is not sufficient to identify a customer, since individuals are often contracted to multiple organisations.

•	Reports have been added to the system covering various aspects of support and ticketing, including 7-day rolling summary, New tickets, Closed tickets, New ticket heat map and time to first assignment/response.

Changes to terms and conditions

•	There are no material changes to our terms and conditions, other than changes from CliqueCloud to Datawing. The company remains CliqueCloud Limited at this time.

•	Our privacy policy has been updated in line with GDPR.

Thank you for your continued support of our service.
